Focusing on customer service, trust, and integrity Catherine is committed to delivering extraordinary service and results to every client. Her interest, experience, and leadership with Coastal Real Estate began early on. Born on Hilton Head Island and raised on St. Simons Island and Sea Island she has learned the importance of the delicate balance between man and nature on the coast. She received a BA in Psychology from Emory University and an MS in Environmental Studies from the College of Charleston and the Medical University of South Carolina. She was hired as the founding Executive Director of the St. Simons Land Trust and spent the next 20 years as a dedicated leader in conservation both here and in the Charleston area. This has given her a unique perspective on land values which serves her well in the real estate market. She listens to her client’s needs and uses her creativity to identify properties that are a good match for their wants, needs, and budget.

Integrity and determination are values that Catherine exemplifies in real estate as well as in all aspects of her life. She is a graduate of Leadership Georgia (Class of 2005), Land Trust Alliance Leadership Program (Class of 2016), and South Carolina Diversity Leadership Riley Fellows (Class of 2018). She attends the St. Simons Presbyterian Church and places importance on spending time with family and close friends. Her two college-aged children attend Wofford College and Sewanee. When not helping clients, she enjoys immersing herself in the outdoors and painting. Catherine cares deeply about preserving the character and beauty of our island and continues to support the St. Simons Land Trust.
